      基于目前世界上总装机功率20000kW以上的超大型自航绞吸式挖泥船资料,结合国内自主设计的、装机功率最大的“天鲲号”绞吸式挖泥船的设计与建造,对超大型自航绞吸式挖泥船的主体结构设计,包括船体骨架型式,结构钢材选取,船体总纵强度的分析,船体振动分析等方面进行阐述与梳理,并针对该船型的结构设计关键区域,包括龙门架结构,桥架结构,钢桩台车区域加强结构等进行深入的分析与研究,为超大型自航绞吸式挖泥船结构设计和强度分析提供参考和设计思路。
英文摘要:
      Based on the data of ultra large self-propelled cutter suction dredger (SCSD) with installed gross capacity over 20000kW, and “Tian Kun” SCSD, withthe largest installed gross capacityof China, the paper elaborates the hull structure design includingframing system, ship material, the hull longitudinal strength analysis and ship vibration analysis, etc. Aiming at the key areas of the structure, the paper make valuable analysis about the cutter ladder gantry structure, cutter ladder structure, and spud carrier reinforcement structure, etc. to provide some reference for the future structure design and strength analysis of ultra large SCSD.
