      随着世界范围内液化天然气需求的预计增长速度将快于液化天然气供应,目前大多数大型石油公司都在投入资源开发FLNG。文章以某型FLNG为例,对FLNG设计开发过程中遇到的关键技术问题进行了研究。对于货物围护系统,提出了薄膜型和SPB型两种货物围护系统方案,从船体总强度、船体结构重量、上部模块支撑问题、围护系统可靠性分析、围护系统的建造检验及维修、围护系统的晃荡问题、船体结构钢级及加热系统等方面对两种方案论证设计要点并比较优缺点,研究确定了适用于本FLNG的货物围护系统为薄膜型双排舱,并详细考虑了晃荡载荷对货物围护系统的影响,提出了确定晃荡载荷的解决方法。本研究成果可以为今后开展FLNG设计提供参考,所提供的设计原则及相应的经验可供相关设计人员借鉴。

      With the worldwide growth of LNG demand expected to be faster than that of LNG supply, most large oil companies are now investing resources to develop FLNG. Taking a certain type of FLNG as an example, the key technical problems encountered in the process of FLNG design and development are studied in this paper. For cargo containment system, two kinds of cargo containment system which are membrane type and SPB type are proposed, the problems of total hull strength, hull structure weight, topside module support, reliability analysis of cargo containment system, construction inspection and maintenance of cargo containment system,the sloshing problem of cargo containment system, the steel grade selection of the hull structure and the heating system are discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared. The result shows that the cargo containment system which is suitable for this FLNG is membrane type with double row. The influence of the sloshing load on the cargo containment system is considered in detail, and the solution to determine the sloshing load is put forward. The results of this study can provide reference for the future development of FLNG design. The design principles and corresponding experiences can be used for reference to relevant designers.
