      安全性一直是船舶设计建造及运营维护的首要目标。船舶碰撞作为船舶最为常见事故之一,常会显著削弱船体结构强度,甚至导致结构整体失效,因此,碰撞后的剩余极限强度计算对保障结构安全性尤为重要。本文基于《散货船和油船共同结构规范(HCSR)》,采用Visual Basic 6.0 软件编写计算程序,实现了对极限/剩余承载力的计算,并对加载过程中的中性轴偏移规律作了简要的分析。进一步地,考虑到中性轴在加载过程中的偏转,通过改进计算分析程序,再次计算船体梁的剩余极限强度,讨论了中性轴偏转对船体梁剩余极限强度的影响。本文研究成果可为船舶设计评估提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Security is the premier goal for ships thorough their whole lives. As one of the most frequent disasters, collisions always weaken the structural strength of ship hulls, sometimes, even lead to ships’ global collapse. Therefore, it’s important to perform residual strength analyses of damaged ship hulls after a collision. On the bases of Harmonized Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers (HCSR), ultimate/residual strength has been calculated with the self-developed code written by Visual Basic 6.0 and the tendency of neutral axis’s shifting is briefly analyzed with bending loads applied gradually. Moreover, with the consideration of both shifting and rotation of the neutral axis, the code has been improved and then the residual strength of the ship hull has been recalculated. Finally, the incidence of the rotation of the neutral axis on the ship hull’s residual strength is discussed. The results of this paper offer some references for ship designing and assessment.
