      2.2万吨级超宽浅吃水双桨油船是目前世界上最大的加油船。简要介绍了该船的船型特点,详细阐述了该船结构设计的关键技术。针对该船超常规尺度的特点,采用波浪载荷预报及有限元直接计算方法进行结构尺寸计算,并与常规尺度船舶进行比较得出两者结构尺寸差别较大。创新采用“只设顶墩不设底墩”的槽形舱壁设计,满足结构强度、舱容和工艺要求,并实现舱壁轻量化设计。创新采用“肋板/纵桁+半高桁材+局部支撑”的半开放式槽形舱壁支撑设计,既方便施工,又减轻结构重量。采用多项轻量化设计技术,减轻结构重量,降低建造成本,提高营运经济性。本船的超常规尺度结构设计,对类似船型的结构设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      This paper gives a feature description of the ship form of the 22,000DWT ultra wide shallow draft and twin-propeller oil tanker, the largest refueling oiler all over the world now, provides a detailed elaboration on several key technologies applied in the structure design of this ship. Because of the unconventional size of this ship, the designer chose to calculate the hull scantling by using the wave load forecasting and direct finite element analyzing methods. The designer also compared the conventional ship with the oil tanker and found out that the oil tanker differs greatly from the conventional ship in their hull scantling. In order to meet the requirements of the oil tanker design in terms of structure strength, tank capacity and processing, the designer innovatively applied a corrugated bulkhead design with only upper stool and no lower stool so as to achieve the light-weight bulkhead design. The design also features a semi-open type corrugated bulkhead support with “floor plate/longitudinal girder, half–height wood and local support”. All these innovations facilitate the ship construction and reduce the structure weight with several weight reducing technologies, reducing the construction cost and ship working cost. Because of the unconventional size of this oil tanker, the current design can be of some inspiring significance to the design of other similar ship types.
