      中国长江口和珠江口海域的海水中富含细密的黏性泥沙,这些泥沙会随着压载水进入船舶压载舱,并在几个月内在船舶双层底形成严重的淤积。压载舱中的泥沙不仅对船舶双层底产生额外载荷,还会加速底部构件腐蚀、妨碍检查,而清除淤泥一直是令船东和船员们头痛的难题。本文将介绍应用于超大型油船VLCC的四种新型防泥沙设计概念,并分析这些设计对船舶设计、审核和建造的影响,重点关注防泥沙设计中涉及的船体梁设计载荷和局部强度。

      At the estuaries of Yangtze River to East China Sea and Zhujiang River to South China Sea, the seawater is rich with sticky and fine-grained sediment, which will deposit in the ship’s double bottom from ballast water during some months. The deposition brings unanticipated loads to double bottom, also speeds the corrosion of bottom longitudinals, and hinders the routine inspection. Dealing with the sediment deposition is always a big challenge for ship owner and crews. To solve this problem, four new design concepts of Anti-sediment on VLCC are presented in this paper, and the influences of such concepts on design, approval and construction are discussed, especially on hull girder longitudinal strength and local strength.
