      连接法兰螺栓数量改变了轴系联接的局部刚度,从而改变轴系的振动模态。本文以某集装箱船推进轴系为研究对象,采用有限元仿真方法,通过改变艉轴和中间轴连接法兰上的螺栓数量,分析其对轴系振动的影响。分析结果表明:增加螺栓数量会使轴系低阶固有频率增大,高阶固有频率减小;在发生共振时,靠近螺旋桨节点处的共振幅值最大,所以在选配螺栓数量时应以控制该节点处共振幅值为主,而增加螺栓数量会降低该节点处共振幅值,但降低程度逐渐减弱,所以在选配螺栓数量时要综合考虑安装、拆卸等实际问题,不能盲目增加螺栓数量。

      The number of connecting flange bolts changes the local stiffness of the shafting coupling, thereby changing the vibration mode of the shafting. In this paper, a container ship propulsion shafting system is taken as the research object. The finite element simulation method is used to analyze the influence of the number of bolts on the flange of the connecting shaft and the intermediate shaft. The analysis results show that increasing the number of bolts will increase the low-order natural frequency of the shafting system and decrease the high-order natural frequency. When resonance occurs, the common amplitude value near the propeller node is the largest, so it should be controlled when the number of bolts is selected. The common amplitude value is dominant at the node, and increasing the number of bolts will reduce the common amplitude value at the node, but the degree of reduction is gradually weakened. Therefore, when selecting the number of bolts, comprehensive problems such as installation and disassembly should be considered comprehensively, and the number of bolts cannot be blindly increased. .
